PROPERTY LOCATION: Parcel is located at 211 3rd St, Courtland Minnesota.
CLOSING ANO POSSESSION: Closing on or before August 11th, 2023.
Possession immediately after the successful closing.
TAXES: Taxes for 2023 are $14,902.00. All Taxes will be prorated to the day of closing. All Taxes and Assessments will be assumed by the buyer after the date of closing.
