Customers who opt in to receive SMS messages from New Vision Co-op may receive text notifications related to grain deliveries, scale tickets, grain quality results, settlements, account activity, eStatements, and other transaction-related communications.

Message frequency varies depending on account activity, grain transactions, and customer preferences.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the customer's mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out
Customers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, customers will no longer receive SMS messages unless they provide new consent.
Help and Support
Customers may reply HELP to receive contact information and support resources. While this number may receive SMS messages, it is not continuously monitored for general customer service inquiries. For assistance, customers should contact New Vision Co-op at (507) 842-2001 or through the Contact Us page on our website.
Consent
By providing a mobile telephone number and opting in to receive SMS communications, customers consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from New Vision Co-op related to their account and business transactions. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
