2024 New Vision Co-op Annual Employee Meeting

Last night, November 19th, we gathered at the Worthington Event Center to host the Annual Employee Meeting, an event that brings the New Vision Co-op family together to celebrate accomplishments, share updates, and inspire one another for the year ahead.

The evening began with key updates from some of our leadership team. IT Manager Mike Heideberger delivered a practical and engaging message on cybersecurity, Human Resources Manager Lina Bernal followed with an overview of the 2025 benefits updates, CEO Matt Ashton closed the presentations with an annual report, reflecting on the achievements of the past year and outlining exciting goals for the future. His message left attendees motivated and proud of the collective work we’ve accomplished.

Following a delicious meal, we were honored to welcome Coach John Stiegelmeier, retired SDSU’s head football coach for 35 years. Through his stories of leadership, teamwork, and perseverance, he shared powerful lessons that resonated deeply with everyone in the room.

One of the highlights of the evening was recognizing the dedication and service of our incredible team members. Their contributions are the foundation of our success, and it was a privilege to honor them:
