🎉 Congratulations to Kevin for being selected as our January employee of the month! Kevin is based out of our Worthington location, working diligently to keep us going!
"Kevin is a very dependable employee who is always willing to go the extra mile. He is an Advanced Pellet Mill Technician at the Worthington feed mill and takes a lot of pride and ownership when it comes to maintaining the pellet mills and overseeing the boiler operations throughout the day. When dies and rolls need changed out on the pellet mills, he has always taken the self-initiative to come in over the weekend when the plant is not in operation to eliminate downtime and take care of these tasks. He is a very levelheaded individual that does not get rattled when things aren’t going well and does a great job of teaching new employees how the pelleting process works.
