Grain Policies – Updates and Reminders


Unpaid Grain: 

All priced grain must be settled (deferred or check) within 30 days.  

Notes: Priced grain not settled within 30 days will automatically be deferred to the next calendar year. Any Deferred Payment contracts not signed within 30 days will automatically be paid.  

Ticket Application:  

Tickets must be applied on the day of delivery. If ticket application is not specified it will be defaulted to free delayed price or open storage during harvest.

All contracts must be signed and returned within 30 days.  

We make it easy, you can e-sign your contracts via e-mail or our App! (and we will remind you) 

Direct Ship:  

New Vision Coop offers direct ship. Receive the processing plant pricing while doing business with your local Coop!  

Note: Payment will not be released to the producer until New Vision receives payment. This is to ensure accuracy on weights, grades, and discounts.  

ACH Payments:  

Did you know that we offer ACH payments (direct deposit)! Any grain settled before 3:00 pm will be initiated the same day.  

P.S. - You receive your settlement information via e-mail, or you can access it on the App!  

Donation Policy:  

To donate bushels, they must be applied to Open Storage and then you may transfer the unpriced bushels.  

Donation of dollars can be made on bushels applied to any disposition and just needs to be communicated at the time of settlement.
