Veterinary Feed Directive (VFD) Protocol
When completing the Feed Distributor information on a Veterinary Feed Directive (VFD), please use the following mill address:

- The preferred method of delivery for all VFD’s is the online form.
- All VFD’s will be stored electronically and master copies of all VFD’s and a tracking sheet for each VFD will be on file at the Brewster Office.
- New Vision Co-op is registered with Global Vet Link as a Feed Distributor.
Information
- If you purchase Type A Feed Medications from New Vision Co-op and you are the end user of the Medication(s) you will be required to sign a Veterinary Feed Directive (VFD) Letter of Understanding. New Vision Co-op will keep this form on file for a minimum of two years and a new form must be signed every two years.
- If you purchase any Veterinary Feed Directive (VFD) medication(s) or feed(s) that you intend to further distribute you will be required to sign an Acknowledgement to Distribute form. New Vision Co-op will keep this form on file for a minimum of two years and a new form must be signed every two years.
- If you purchase Type B or C Medicated feeds from New Vision Co-op and you are the end user of the Type B or C Medicated feed, New Vision Co-op must have a valid Veterinary Feed Directive (VFD) on file for the Type B or C Medicated feed purchased.
