New Vision Co-op accepts donation requests online or by mail. Simply complete the online application at the bottom of this page or download the application and mail it to the address included.

& Procedures
We are proud of our support of community philanthropy but also recognize that it is not possible to fund every request. The following types of organizations although credible, are not eligible for New Vision Coop charitable donations:
- Fraternal, religious, social or labor organizations, team sponsorships, political groups.
- Groups or organizations or programs whose principal funding comes from federal, state, or local taxes except for activities of the state university system.

Charitable Giving Frequently Asked Questions
No. New Vision Coop allows application throughout the year.
Applications are reviewed quarterly. Applicants will be notified by the end of the following month.
Once per calendar year. The only exception is if your organization has been invited to apply by New Vision Coop.
The amount of funding varies depending on the project. In addition, certain projects may be eligible for matching funds.
New Vision will screen each application for matching fund eligibility and automatically include these funds if the application is approved.
We ask that you do not contact New Vision Co-op about your application unless you have additional information that is relevant to your request.
